Re: french open
Mon, May 23, 2005 - 2:24 PMI want Lindsay or Amelie to win. Lindz for her (probable) last grand slam win (at least her best chance for the elusive French). And I'd love to see Agassi pull out a surprise this year.
I predicted an early exit with Myskina. She will lose major points this year. -

Re: french open
Mon, May 23, 2005 - 3:25 PMi'm always pulling for agassi. i love that guy.
also love federer. sure, he's #1, but (like other great players) he's not favored to win on clay.
i heard that rafael (forget his last name) from spain is favored to win the mens.
women's - it would be nice for amelie to win, just for hometown's sake. -

Re: french open
Mon, May 23, 2005 - 3:32 PMI hear ya and echo what you said. It's Rafael Nadal and he seems very cocky to me. Not a big fan, but I know he is good on clay.

yeah, he seems a little cocky to me. he is young i suppose but let's just say, i'd prefer not to see him win.

Thu, May 26, 2005 - 11:51 AMGood riddance to the rat Roddick. (Sorry, I know he's American, but I can't stand him). No more Americans. Sigh. -

This is the maximum depth. Additional responses will not be threaded.

Thu, May 26, 2005 - 3:44 PMTotally. I'm all for Federer now. I just worry about the two 18 year old clay court phenoms, Nadal and Gasquet. -

Wed, June 1, 2005 - 9:15 AMNo surprise. Venus is washed up.
I'm sad about Lindsay, though. I don't want horseface Henin to win this. -

Re: french open
Wed, June 1, 2005 - 11:14 AMSorry, I know. But since with arrogance, cheating incident at last year's French vs. Serena, and being known as the 'most unlikable girl on the tour,' I have zero respect for her. But you're right, I was harsh. -

Re: french open
Thu, June 2, 2005 - 9:36 AMfederer vs. nadal in the semis. -

Mon, June 6, 2005 - 10:34 AMLet's hope Wimby has a totally different feel. I think it will. -

Re: french open
Mon, June 6, 2005 - 11:15 AMwell nadal won't do as well for one, and federer stands a good chance of winning it all.
that'll be more fun.

Re: french open
Mon, June 6, 2005 - 1:42 PMI can't stand Carillo's commentary. She is insane.
The thing about Wimby, though, is that it is ALWAYS RAINING!!! -
-
Re: french open
Mon, June 6, 2005 - 2:28 PMno joke and one would think that they probably scheduled the tournament during the LEAST rainy period.
mary carillo does get on my nerves. i dig mc enroe though. -

Re: french open
Mon, June 6, 2005 - 2:55 PMMc Enroe is great. He knows whereof he speaks. Mary and Pam both just spit out these nonsensical metaphors that are so inane. Ugh!
Yeah, I think one year Wimby went on like beyond 3 weeks or something. Crazy.
