    Yeah, lots of upsets. And Hantuchova is having a surprising resurgence. Serena was nearly knocked out in her first match of the tourny.

      I like it when Venus or Serena lose. Is that a bad thing?
      
      I got very happy to see that Sharapova beat Venus yesterday. Even though my girl Amelie lost too (tsk, she woulda pulled the #1 spot if she had won Miami).
      
      Those Williams girls are too outta control. They are getting their own reality show for chrissakes. Pffft.

        Yeah, I was thrilled to see the Williams sisters go down. Sharapova beat Venus convincingly; however, I think she looked tired against Clijsters.
        
        I like Clijsters off the court, her personality, etc., and she has a good game. But why is it I never root for her???

          ROFL. Too bad their new reality show is on ABC Family and not Fox. Less "going down" on the family net.
          
          
          I like Clijsters too, and I always root for her unless she plays Amelie. You better dust off them chops cuz she's gonna be schmoky this year. She wants #1 and she may just get it. ;)
          
          (And yes, Federer totally rocks. Did you see that match against Nadal? Crazy shiazzle)

            I know, Clijsters is playing well. Amelie ... I always root for her, but what's going on? Very up and down lately.
            
            I really thought Nadal was gonna send Federer home, but the marks of a true champion prevailed.

              yeah i watched that nadal match. that was nuts. nadal's a cocky mofo. i love how federer plays, very zen. he has a good metal game, just stays in there.
